Shane Haley is a student fellow in Columbia Law School’s National Security Law Program where his research focuses on great power competition, constitutional war powers, and the U.S. intelligence community.  Before law school, Shane was an analyst in the Counterterrorism Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
