Eitan Ezra is a second-year law student and a fellow in Columbia Law School’s National Security Law Program. His independent research focuses on congressional delegations of national security and foreign affairs powers, and he also supports Professor Matthew Waxman’s Constitutional War Powers research. He is currently a teaching fellow for the course “The United States and the International Legal System.”
