2021 Policy Conference Overview

Following a successful Zoom policy workshop in the spring of 2020, AWC welcomed attendees to its 2021 conference in person. The theme of AWC’s 2021 Policy Conference examined “US Foreign Policy in the Post-Trump Era.” Participants discussed four papers listed below addressing a range of topics. The first evening concluded with a keynote address by Kurt Campbell, Deputy Assistant to the President and Coordinator for Indo-Pacific Affairs in the National Security Council. Following the second day of paper discussions, Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) addressed the attendees as the second night’s keynote speaker.
