Ruth Schapiro

National Security & Law Fellow

Ruth Schapiro was a student fellow in Columbia Law School’s National Security Law Program. Shapiro’s research focuses on the international law of cyber-conflict. She received a B.A. from Yale University, where she majored in Global Affairs and participated in the Brady-Johnson Grand Strategy Program, and a Masters of War Studies from King’s College London. Schapiro has interned with the U.S. Navy JAG Corps and the Israeli Ministry of Justice.
